A variety well suited to our Mediterranean climate and a perfect accompaniment to our coastal lifestyle. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003eAll of the decisions made in making this wine were to maintain the freshness and purity of both variety and place. Harvested in the cool of the night and gently pressed in the early hours of the morning. The wine underwent a slow and cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the aromatics, followed by a month of extended lees contact to enhance texture and mouthfeel before bottling.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAromas of pear and sherbet. Racy and crunchy primary fruits, Granny Smith apples, cinnamon and fresh lemon zest.
