This website is operated by Paralian Wines. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paralian Wines.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
Site Policy:
All information on this site is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. We accept that errors and omissions may occur, if you believe an error has been made please contact us.
We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for the condition, content or goods and services available on third party websites which may be linked to or accessed from this website.
Sales Policy:
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. By entering and confirming payment details in our shopping area, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must be received before the wine will be dispatched.
Modification to Service Policy:
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Delivery Policy:
Wines are available for delivery in Australia only. Unless otherwise stated, freight will be charged in addition to the quoted purchase price, with charges indicated during the checkout process. All wines will be delivered to your home or business address via courier during normal business hours. We aim to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details from our preferred courier service, these will outline an ETA for delivery. If you have any concerns about delivery after reviewing the tracking advice please contact us.
Signature on delivery will be selected by default for our deliveries. The person we deliver to must be aged 18 years or over (and may be asked to provide proof of age).
Paralian Wines does not accept responsibility for items stolen when an authority to leave has been specified by the customer.
Refund Policy:
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us as soon as practicable via any of the means provided on our contact page.
In the incidence of a damaged delivery, we will always refund or replace any broken bottles. Please make sure you take photo evidence prior to throwing away the product and any packaging - this will assist us at our end with our claims process with the courier service.
Governing Law:
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 8 Caffrey Crescent, Port Willunga, South Australia AU 5173.
