2025 SPRINGS HILL VINEYARD GRENACHE SHIRAZ

A Grenache Shiraz blend comprising 60% Grenache, 40% Vineyard Shiraz. 100% estate grown at 'Springs Hill Vineyard', Blewitt Springs by Paralian Wines. 

A combination of varieties that is quintessentially McLaren Vale, an homage to past employers who have proudly championed blends of Grenache and Shiraz for decade

For the first time this wine is 100% estate grown. This is our first time using our Springs Hill Grenache and what a different profile it is to Marmont. Darker fruits, wider more expansive depth and magnificent tannin. 

Blueberry, satsuma plum, dark cherries and licorice with the Springs Hill site savoury character throughout. Lovely fragrance and spice from the whole bunch components in both ferments adding just enough tannin to whip the lusher fruits into line. A joyous release for us and one we're very proud of.
